The department of Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology at AIIMS Kalyani has recently been established under the guidance of Dr. Ritasman Baisya, Assistant Professor and faculty-in-charge. Currently the department is offering outpatient services to patients. However, there are plans in place to expand its services in the near future. The department aims to become fully functional by establishing a dedicated inpatient department and a state-of-the-art immunology laboratory. These additions will allow for comprehensive care and advanced diagnostic capabilities for patients with rheumatic diseases and immunological disorders.
