Welcome to the Department of neurology, AIIMS Kalyani. The department started its journey since 17/01/2024 and is currently at the initial phase of establishment. From its inception, the emphasis of the department has been on quality patient care, research and to achieve academic excellence. At present we provide OPD based services to the patients getting referred from other specialities of AIIMS Kalyani. The department is getting equipped with the latest modalities for the diagnosis and management of various neurological disorders. We provide clinical diagnosis and  management of various domains of neurological disorders such as headache, epilepsy, stroke, demyelinating and autoimmune neurological disorders, Parkinson’s disease and others movement disorders, cognitive neurological disorders, peripheral neuropathies, degenerative neurological disorders, neuromuscular disorders, chronic neuropathic pain etc.

Our vision is to execute phase wise escalation of optimised neurological care to build up a Neurosciences centre capable of handling any challenges related to neurology.
